As a high-performance athlete, nutrition plays a crucial role in my performance, recovery, and overall well-being.
I prioritize high-quality animal sources of protein for essential amino acids necessary for muscle growth, repair, and recovery.
I focus on whole foods like vegetables, fruits, and healthy animal fats for vitamins, minerals, energy, and brain health.
Proper hydration is crucial for performance, digestion, and overall health.
I eliminate processed foods and seed oils from my diet and minimize refined grains and sugars to maintain stable energy levels and reduce inflammation. I also include key supplements such as creatine, magnesium, and collagen.
By adhering to this approach, I provide my body with the fuel it needs to thrive as a high-performance athlete. Nutrition is an integral part of my training regimen and essential for achieving athletic excellence.
